Meet the Owner

Maria Sullivan-Antonioni

Maria has helped nonprofit and profit organizations transform into powerhouses that make a difference in their respective industry and community. She has customized innovative strategies involving restructuring, reorganization, and culture overhauls that impact more than just the bottom line. The roadmaps she devises permeate the entire organization, from volunteers to professionals, management, and C-suite leadership. Maria attributes these successes to her innate ability to identify and remove obstacles, then map an actionable plan to achieve sustainable growth.

Today, with more than 20 years of professional accomplishments in executive leadership and experience that spans education, healthcare, charitable funds management, and technology industries, Maria is known as the person who is able to bring new and insightful perspective to an organization. Never hesitating to question the “way things have always been done,” she really shines in thinking “outside the box” and identifying overlooked areas for improvement.

Most recently, Maria launched her own consulting firm, where she leverages a holistic approach and her impressive record as an operations executive to help nonprofits and small businesses achieve operational excellence and sustainable growth. Maria assembles critical insight to map a strategy that removes obstacles, leverages strengths, and capitalizes on opportunities. She creates a culture that gets all organizational levels involved and empowers leadership to make necessary steps to bring goals to fruition.

Maria also spent several years as Executive Director at Strongwater Farm Therapeutic Equestrian Center. Being the fearless leader that she is, Maria systematically transformed Strongwater into a year-round program – a positive change that improved customer satisfaction, expanded efforts into new areas, and sparked revenue growth.

Previously, Maria was the Director of Operations for Clergy Health and Retirement Trust (CHRT), the not-for-profit organization that manages the multimillion-dollar trust fund established to serve the health and retirement needs of clergy in the Archdiocese of Boston. Teaming with her employees and other senior staff, she helped produce dramatic cost savings while delivering enhanced benefits to customers, generating a surplus of income which was reinvested to ensure sustainable operations of the fund well into the future.
